▪ Lead launch operations for forthcoming independent record label Vitamin1000 Records, including artist acquisition, marketing strategy, launch timeline, release and distribution schedules, and financial planning

▪ Develop brand identity and go-to-market strategy for label launch, including social media strategy and content creation across platforms to build label presence

▪ Manage relationships with artists, creating release schedules, creative assets, and coordinating digital distribution strategies

▪ Manage end-to-end release schedules for artists, coordinating with DSPs, creating release timelines, and ensuring all assets met platform-specific requirements

▪ Develop and maintained release tracking system to monitor project milestones, digital distribution status, and marketing deliverables across multiple platforms including Bandcamp, Beatport, Spotify, Apple Music, and SoundCloud

▪ Coordinate release events and promotional strategies such as listening parties, submitting tracks to radio DJs, sending out free downloads to key tastemakers, and building up promotional email list

▪  Produce and perform at electronic music events throughout San Francisco Bay Area, building strong network within local music scene and budding recognition of collective in external markets

▪ Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media and email platforms, resulting in consistent audience, event attendance, and follower growth (100 to 9,500 followers in 18 months)

▪ Collaborate with venues (such as: 1015 Folsom, Public Works, F8, Underground SF), promoters (such as: DJ Dials, Squish, Parameter, Direct to Earth), and artists to coordinate successful music events and maintain community relationships

▪ Lead the development and production of yearly Vitamin1000 campout festival, with 300% attendee scale in forthcoming edition (June 2025)

▪ Manage projects and content in Notion, budgets in Excel, artist CRM in Airtable, and coordinate the scheduling and distribution of promotional materials for events

▪ Direct and facilitate content strategy including: event photography and videography, artist photoshoots, event flyers, logos, and graphic design assets in line with artist identity and branding

▪ Coordinate shows by interfacing with headlining artists, booking agents, tour managers, support talent, and venues, serving as first line of contact with artists to negotiate artist contracts and organize travel logistics

▪ Manage partnerships and collaborations, maintaining relationships with promoters, local collectives, local talent, international agents, and venue managers

▪ Oversee marketing and promotional content strategy of events, developing social media campaigns to ensure event success
